Notes:

1.During manual jigging, DO NOT turn the jigger reversely

2.DO NOT operate the startup and stop buttons and the touch screen simultaneously

3.The operating speed of the machine must not exceed the top speed specified in the machine specifications

4.When color scale tracking mode is selected, the feeding paper length shall be set as the distance between two adjacent color scales

5.Before paper feeding operations (such as paper feeding inching, color scale searching etc.), confirm the cutter is open to avoid paper wrinkling

6.When paper wrinkling is caused, confirm if parameters related to the paper feeding (such as paper feeding phase, feeding paper length etc) are correct, then check if the compressed air is on or if the air pressure is to low and finally inspect if these is foreign matter the paper feed pressing wheel
